But it must be kept under control and not let it control us. Meditation is a good way, but then again to be able to empty your mind of all thoughts requires a great deal of discipline. There are many other methods to minimize stress, such as games and outdoor activities, music, books, other hobbies, etc., to divert his mind or least give a break to cope with the stressful situation with new approach.
