15 minutes of meditation twice a day is enough for me to visualize what I want. I want to pass me?

important test 6 months now, lose weight, find love, heal my sickness, find a job, etc. Most of the statements, musings, cds, etc. focus subliminal a problem at a time. How do all these at once. How long before you can see the results?

Prioritize your goals, and develop a plan for how can be achieved. It is many things at once that you can relax your mind and visualize yourself doing something that will not help unless you take steps to these visions a reality for yourself. You have to study for exams, you have to exercise to lose weight, you have to be social to find love, you go to the doctor to heal. That's the best I can do more of YA, hope this helps!
