I have been really stressed out lately. I suffer from anxiety and OCD. I say I struggle with my anxiety more than my OCD. The OCD has got a whole lot better. Lately I have been having a weird thought here and there…but I don’t let it phase me. I just continue to do whatever I’m doing when I geta weird thought. Anyway…I have been a little ill and super stressed out due to personal issues, anxiety, being a mommy, navy wife, and working full time and still trying to make a career change.
Some one told me meditation is a great way to relax…so today I finally did that. I meditated and as I was meditating the thought of going thru a seven day spiritual fast came to mind. I don’t know why. I have never thought about that before. Maybe God wants me too ??? I don’t know. I have always considered my self Chrisrian although I have nor been loyal or have practiced. I find the lord calling me like every year…well atleast that’s what I think. Seems like every year I go thru some crisis and he always gets me thru it. Today while I was meditating I also thought to just had him my worries and everything will be ok..and he has proved that to me everytime. I don’t think what I’m going thru is that bad. I just really feel like I’m changing.
Anyway…I was really interested in fasting and the best and healthiest way of fasting. Does it work even if I haven’t been to church or prayed in a long time?
Please don’t answer if you are trying to plug a product. I’m not interested. I want to do this with no gimmicks (if I do decide to go through with it)

Hello i am in fear without any reason.
Now i am sitting in my room and i have strange feeling beside my back and i am in fear. I don’t have ideas that somebody is in room or something,i know i don’t have reason for be in fear but i am afraid.
I am walking down the street,i am in fear but i don’t know why. i don;t have irrational thoughts as somebody follows me or something,just i am in fear. I can’t sit relax because of fear. As i am in fear from myself.
I am diagnosed with anxiety and is this product of it or something other?
Pls write any experience This fear is generaaly increase when the sun goes down. I don’t take any medications,i am trying with meditation,but without resullt. Can this be a sign of any psyhosic pls write i am in worry!

Hi,
I am suffering from Anxiety and IBS problem. I used to take effexor 75mg I didnt took it for last 6 months,
I came out of it. But then I got H Pylori infection some how that screwed my stomach.
Now stomach is clear of infection but my digestion is not well and i am back to anxiety.
Pls help if there are any natural products which can help me:

What are some good meditation techniques to practice to clear my mind?

I believe in the new age concept of the law of attraction. To get this to work I need to learn to master my thoughts. I tend to have a little anxiety. I want to eliminate the anxiety I have by filling my mind with positive affirmations. From what I have found out so far, the best way to clear my negative thoughts is with simple meditation. Can someone suggest some simple meditation techniques that are easy and will take only a few minutes each day

A natural panic attack remedy as meditation can do wonders with continuous practice. Relaxation is often overlooked when it comes to problems stress and anxiety associated with health. Stress hormones and adrenaline is released into the body causing unwanted physical symptoms. Meditation and deep relaxation can help manage stress and work as a remedy for panic attack sufferers of anxiety disorders.
Through of meditation a panic attack sufferer can learn to cultivate deep relaxation and breathing control during attacks. Hyperventilation can often occur with the attacks, which are extremely frightening. Being in control of breathing during an episode may reduce symptoms. To meditate is very simple since no requires the use of tools.
It is preferable to find a quiet place to sit and meditate, but not completely necessary. Make sure you are sitting upright, but not to stretch the muscles. Relax the muscles of the face and on his shoulders. Close your eyes and breathe deeply, keeping a steady breathing but slow. If you find it difficult to release thoughts, just keep focusing on each breath. It can be difficult to clear the mind of thoughts. But instead Trying to clean your thinking, try to see in place.
Visualization meditation can also be used. For example, visualize the energy positive going into each inhalation and negative energy leaving each exhalation. Do this for at least ten minutes every day. The next time you have panic attack approach on breathing slowly and deeply rather than try to fight it.
