How I can learn to relax?

During the week, I'm usually home from 8 pm-09 am. What I can do to relax after work, and exercising? I tried meditation and I love it. I usually only watch TV. How I can stop thinking about the work while I'm at home, although I've done all my work. I guess I always feel like I should be working. Thank you.

How about some music? Hot tea. One Hot Tottie? Tai chi?

    I learned meditation when I was 10 ยบ. i practiced seriously and enjoyingly, after that I found many positive changes in myself. unexpectedly there was a void when I could not meditate because of my busy schedule in the past years … Now again I want to continue … i wish to do so .. but when I'm out of my mind doesn't let me sit perfect ……. i still do not feel like making an effort to it. COU, d any help.

    Make yourself comfortable, sitting upright with your spine straight. With eyes closed, look at the midpoint between the eyebrows on the forehead. Inhale slowly, counting to eight. Hold your breath for the same eight counts while concentrating your attention on the point between the eyebrows. Now exhale very slowly to the count of eight. Repeat three to six times. After inhaling and exhaling completely, and immediately afterwards comes, mentally say Hong (rhymes with song). Then as you exhale, mentally say Sau (rhymes with saw). Hong Sau means "I am" or "I am the Spirit." Make no attempt to control breathing, as the flow is completely natural. Try to feel your own breath is silently making the sounds of Hong and Sau. Initially try to feel the breathing at the time it enters the nostrils. Be as careful as possible. If you have difficulty feeling the breath, you can concentrate for a while in the process breathing itself, feeling your diaphragm and chest expand and contract. Gradually, as you become more relaxed, feel the breath is increasingly high in the nose. Make sure that your gaze remains constant at the point between the eyebrows throughout your practice. Do not let your eyes follow the movement of breath. If you find that your mind wanders, just bring it back to the breath awareness and mantra.
