Meditations can be used for many things. You can stop the anxiety with meditation, but would have to be customized. Perhaps the meditations that are specifically designed for certain targets are best suited to the media. With meditation as a means of relaxation can sometimes be counterproductive, but in the right direction. Let me explain.
Meditation when done right can sometimes increase the excitement and as a result will give a jolt of energy. This is the good energy. This type of good energy activates certain areas of the brain. This can be very useful and very healthy for the general welfare. Besides, meditating on a regular basis tend to have the effect to reduce stress. This may be addressed to alleviate the triggers or causes of anxiety.
Meditations are an excellent way to create things within the brain that did not previously exist. If you lack certain coping mechanisms in mind, you can build and put there through the power of meditation. The great thing about meditation is that each and every one of them is unique. No two meditations are the same and what you get out of meditation ritual can grow exponentially.
This also can be modified to create or preserve certain positive energy. These energies can be stored in the brian and used for a later date. They can also be used to activate or turn something inside of you. Or it can be used as a mechanism of self-defense. There really is no limit to what can be achieved with their personal meditations.
The more creative you are with the most significant meditation your meditations will be for you. Note that no no hard and fast rules to achieve certain moods. If it works for you that is all that really matters. The more you meditate the more you will get a handle on it and learn more about what you can do for you. In the end, this may become the way to better prepare itself to handle anxiety.
When it is something so strong and powerful as anxiety or panic attacks there is usually a combined effort of treatment. Meaning one solution alone is not enough. Through the implementation of several combined strategies are more likely to get the kind of results you are looking for.
You can stop the anxiety with meditation but not for himself, at least not at first. Try adding meditation to other treatments that you apply and see if it helps. Remember that it will take time to benefit from truth and have a clear idea of what to expect. Patience is rewarded and well worth the work according to the majority who have given and honest effort.
