During meditation, not the speed of the speed of consciousness up or slow down? And during yoga?
In an emergency situation, reaction times get faster as if time is running more slowly. The mind is processing more bits of information per second and this is what I mean by "speed of consciousness." Now my question is: what is the speed "of consciousness," during meditation and during yoga? Not sure … during the meditation time is slow, but also the reaction times, while meditating would be extremely slow because one is a bit zoned out … What do you think? Yoga is different again because you're too zoned in. ..?
In meditation, the reaction time will tend to degrade continuously as follows the approach of the state of formless void.
