The decks of tarot in particular that all recommend?
I studied a lot in witchcraft, meditation and energy healing with crystals, but I am completely new tarot and never really use it. I am interested in learning, however, but there are so many different platforms that really have no idea where a. start No particular book covers and can recommend someone? Preferably something that a beginner in tarot can be achieved relatively easily.
Rider Waite is a good general to begin with, then you can look to others. A lot of books use Rider Waite as its platform for explanations. We all like different and different cards to "talk" with you in different ways. People use tarot cards in different ways, and do not just mean in terms readings. They can, of course, be used for readings in any number of ways, from simple card three (past, present, future) to 12 or 15 extensions card depending on your needs and skill level. Most people start with a book, not only for dissemination, but also for analysis. This is fine, but IMO you need to look at and learn from their cards, see what the story behind them, what the pictures say? Spread out, look Aces all together, or look at a suite together, whichever you prefer. Having a reading of "78 degrees of wisdom" – a classic tarot make you see the cards. You can also use the cards as a tool for personal development, for example, the Kabbalah. What are the associations between the Tarot and Kabbalah? Just as one could soon write a thesis on this, the Tree of Life has 10 sefirot and routes 22, as these groups correspond respectively to the Minor Arcana and Arcana, respectively, which form the structure of the Tarot. The first tarot deck I bought was the classic Rider-Waite, I have also Liber-T, the Tarot the Eternal Star (based on Crowley's Thoth Tarot), Greenwood Tarot, Tarot of the Witches (also witches Kabbalah book by the same author, Ellen Cannon Reed) – I can recommend the first and last of these (and the accompanying book). The Greenwood Tarot is out of print, and the Liber – T (or Thoth) are somewhat arcane for a beginner (hey, for anyone, do not speak about me, though I find fascinating symbolism) Check out http://www.aeclectic.net Hope this helps Halcon Halcon

Have you tried Lexapro and Clonazepan, or both at once?
I suffered from severe anxiety and depression most of my life. I have 26 years of age. I tried several medications. I have also tried other natural things, such as herbs, exercise, meditation, etc. Nothing has helped so far. Being on medication is definitely not my first choice, but since I've tried everything and did not work I think I will try my dr new drugs. I have been told so hopefully I can at least bit and I do not suffer. My dr. only prescribed me clonazepam and Lexapro. I'm supposed to take Lexapro when I get up in the morning and clonazepam before going to bed. Am very worried about side effects, dependency, etc, but am willing to try this at least for now and see if it works. Has anyone else tried one or both of these medications? Please let me know how it works for you and if you found them useful or harmful. Thank you.
I have not taken both at the same time, but I have taken lexapro, and the only side effects I got were drowsiness and headaches. The lexapro really works, and I had no problem with dependence and runs in the family.

Meditation usually requires one to sit in a fixed position so that the focus of the mind changes the body's activities to himself. While sitting cross-legged on the floor is probably the most common position for meditation, not everyone is capable of or suited to meditate in this position, especially if a person suffers from back pains or prone to suffer from cramps.
If you do not feel comfortable in a particular position while meditating, then the whole purpose of meditation is lost.
It is precisely for this reason that the furniture was first designed meditation. Some of the different types of meditation are furniture cushions, adjustable chairs, tables and benches. These come in a verity of shapes, sizes and colors and are not very smooth or formal view. A typical example is The Seagrass Harmony Loveseat that can double up as a favorite chair for his latest movie marathons. And you thought meditation furniture is boring?
Some meditation furniture, especially chairs meditation are inclined at an angle in order to mold the shape of the back and prevent slouching during meditation sessions. Stands and each can be used to hold books or script guides while meditating.
A meditation cushion may resemble the bean bag in the family room, but there are reasons for using these during meditation. These cushions and encourage banks' response of relaxation. "Different people have different body structures and therefore it is important to find a sitting position that works best for you. Some people change their positions and their furniture Login to achieve a more relaxed posture.
There are many sites online that offer a variety of meditation furniture like cushions for the first sampling so you can choose what suits you best. You can send them back if not for you. A good place to visit is href = "Http://www.zafu.net/" www.zafu.net> show different meditation sitting positions and instruments suitable for use in. Even inflatable zafu has the smallest is the meditation furniture. It is specially designed for travel, it weighs only six ounces and is the size of a paperback novel when deflated!
Cushions and zafus with buckwheat hull are perfect for people who prefer the use of bean bags, while the meditation. Buckwheat is consistent with the form itself, while providing a firm seat.
Gone are the days when meditation means sitting in the floor in uncomfortable positions. The first step in meditation should be about finding a sitting or lying position that relaxes the body. And if you relax the body use of means of comfortable furniture, then that is the way to go about meditation.

"How I can spend much time on my computer also considering the following:?
I have bad knees and doing a lot in my feet is not practical much of the time (SEV knee injuries, chronic knee pain – yes, I've tried many things, including PT and medicine and meditation and ice / heat – all without success), I have repsponsibilities out of me and my wife (I'm retired, and have enough to get by $ w / the misery, I have no children, I have tons Free Time), I am very NOT a person and people prefer not to do things when I go out and w / others, I love video games (and they play a lot), I tend to be too hot in "good time" with ease (non-weight: most have been like this all my life, Contra Viento y – if u follow me – of Hence the time within the preference I have for the weather), I am generally sealed by choice … theres more than 2, but that being said, i go 9-15 hours / days (6-7 days / week w / exceptions 4 special occasions and holidays and once / month for important errands) on my computer, usually in a online game (not a payment of 2 play one) .. . what do u think? (4 t's time)
All we have to do what you gotta do, if people accepts it, fine. If they do, and that's fine too. If you're happy doing what you do, and not interfering with each other, go for it. I have a very small group of friends very dear to me, we call the "Unusual Suspects", except that I'm fine myself stick. People, I find, are highly overrated. Give me a couple of cats and a computer and I'm as happy as a bug in the spring.

Can you give me some tips on the p-exchange, m-change, meditation and astral projection?
I am studying some meditation, and for advice on some of the different types. P-Shifting "He has some positive results, but not much change. M-change-I think I have some of the instincts of my mind guardian, but hard. meditation-I've become very relaxed, but kept getting disturbed by loud noises. Astral Projection-Not really a bit of luck, too much noise at home. Do not call me crazy>.> So, any advice?
Hemi-Sync Try to help in astral projection. Or listen to some meditative music very soothing to a very low volume and concentrate on breathing and relaxation. Relaxation is the most important aspect in astral projection. Here is a group of Yahoo: William http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/hemisync/ Buhlman is an excellent writer: http://www.out-of-body.com/ Here is a site that sells CDs of hemi-sync . http://www.hemi-sync.com/ projections have been more successful after about 4.5 hours of sleep, sleep that is three cycles of 90 min. It seems to work better then. Try not to move anything or nothing when she awakens. If you can set an alarm to stop after a minute or so by itself and not move, will have much more success. Your whole body will remain relaxed. You must set his back. The room should be pitch black if possible. Also, try of being alone in the room. This helps but not completely necessary.
