What are the differences between relaxation and meditation?

How does, what he brings, which highlights the approach? How Finding a good place to learn how to practice relaxation? I live in London (England). Thank you very much for the answers right, thanks. Wondering how is called the "exercise" by lying on the floor with eyes closed and guides another person (through words, music, etc.) to arrive at a more relaxed state.

its all to do with the brain waves actually. when you're in a relaxed state the brain waves are very slow, but when you meditate (30 minutes or more) the brain waves are much slower. relaxation can walk, listening to music, talking about a bath, read, etc. .. but meditation is to quiet the mind and concentrate on something, usually have an intention (that is, some people meditate on a picture or a word and try to make sense it .. or do they have a deeper meaning) with meditation, it is important not to strain himself, trying hard to be quiet, spiritual, and to block the effect. just allow your mind to develop.
