What's the best web site to order salvia divinorum through?

I’m interested in casual use of salvia divinorum for the purposes of meditation and relaxation. I’d like to know what online sites are most reliable in their delivery, offer the highest-quality product, and are most secure for online transactions. Outside of eBay I have relatively little experience in online markets, and could really use some recommendations.
If it matters, I’ll likely be smoking the salvia, though I’m intrigued by the quid method of ingestion, as well. I won’t need a vaporizer or any chemist’s scales; just a place to buy fresh or extract-enhanced leaves from. Price isn’t a tremendous factor, but realistically it should correlate closely to product quality. That said, I’m looking for something pleasant, not extravagant.
Any help is appreciated, thank you.
As an afterthought, if anyone can name a good local shop in the Mesa, Arizona area to purchase high-quality salvia divinorum in I would greatly appreciate it!

Where should I start if my goal is to own a Spa/ Wellness Center?

I’ve always had a dream of owning my own business. I love to make people feel good and I want to open a Spa/ Wellness Center that would offer a day of relaxation and beautification (massage, facials, pedicures, meditation etc). I have so many ideas and visions from the type of products I’d use to the layout and design theme of the facility/ building. know that this is what I want to do but
I have NO idea where to start. I am 23 yrs old and just recently lost my job as a medical secretary, and I’m ready to chace my dream now. The medical wasn’t for me but I did learn a lot having worked in a hospital for 5 years. All of the experience I have is really not related to my ultimate goal, but i wonder if this even matters. I know everyone with a big dream starts w vry little and w determination can succeed. I’m ready but now i just need some guidance; pointer if you will, from Small Business Owners who have succeeded. I was thinking of taking a course to get certified as a massage therapist just to see what it’s like but my ultimate goal is not to do the services but to run the facility. ANY IDEAS? What courses would i need to take to own a business? What do I do? I want so badly to follow this dream and become a true entrepreneurial successful woman. Thank you in advance for any input you may have, personal experience will help me a lot

Does meditation and prayer can help me calm my anxiety? how to mediate or to pray with ease? Plz help me?
please someone tell me if meditation and prayer are the same thing or not .. prayer can work for anxiety? no matter what religion I am not, but I think in the meditation and prayer .. I am open to any kind of meditation or prayer
The two are different. Prayer is trying to communicate with a larger force or spirit (For example: A God) Meditation is a form of relaxation of mind, terminating any thought, and let the mind run free. It helps relax the anxiety "that you may have, and really brings a peace and satisfaction.

What are the benefits of meditation and how I can start to meditate?
Meditation sounds good, but I would like to know more about it.
Sit, close your eyes and your mind clear. Sounds easy, right? Well, it takes practice seriously. It is very difficult to completely erase your mind. It helps to have your breath or focus on something to the exclusion of everything else first. Having managed to clear your mind down pretty well (which could take a while) that can begin in guided meditation and visualization practice.

I use guided meditations. What do I have to do to change a meditation on my own without a guide.?
I have also tried to have a point of focus and clear my mind, and when I lost concentration I am able to return to that focus point, but what are you supposed to think when look at that point of focus?
Think, "What would I do for a Klondike bar?

No doubt you've heard the old adage that no one in his deathbed, never say that they wished to spend more time in the office! Well, given the hysteria is collective fear and panic that has been gripping the world economy in recent months, some do not even have the option of spending more time in that office never again! Do not say that lightly, it's just a fact of our times – but a fact about the state of the collective mind.
For those of us who live in these times, there is a special responsibility on us to stay (or become) calm. Only calm, or clarity of mind, will move around the world the keel, even "no longer be trapped by fear and mass panic. Just a clear mind will lead to the ability to stop the reaction nonsense and start acting. If we can all benefit from the wealth which gives us this life – today.
Calm does wonders. From small wonders – As our children not to cry, do not lose their heads when bad things happen – the most important wonders. Consider U.S. Transcendental Meditation experiment in Washington DC in 1993, where TM aimed to get 4,000 people calmly meditating on a convention center downtown Washington. Stanford quantum mathematicians calculated that the effect of 4000 quiet minds will be in a relationship calculable 25% drop in violent crime – murder, rape and assault. While the police were more than a little skeptical at first, why not look at the U.S. Federal Government's Institute of Science, Technology and Public Policy – the results were exactly as predicted.
You see, the mood is contagious – if only to be bored by a boring person, yawning because everyone else has started yawning, getting all excited because their team is winning the big game, or be lifted in the company of someone who has "presence." That are not circumstances, state of the effects of my mood – and infects everyone else. Decades of psychological research shows that this is the case. And, in recent years, quantum physics has provided the hard scientific evidence – if evidence were needed – that energy affects my energy – and our energy affects the universal energy.
Which brings me back to the title of this article. Overall, the so-called "normal" people have their priorities wrong, in constant search of what some might call the "American Dream" of progress and wealth. Above all, those two words, achievements and wealth go hand in hand. But what about the richness of a calm mind, one soul at peace, happy relationships and good health? And take a long time to do what really excites you? What about helping those around you rather than helping yourself?
I started this article with an old saying – what about this one: What goes around comes around. If you take your foot off the accelerator that is speeding us all headlong into a disaster induced by greed and start putting things really important in life first decades of anecdotal evidence suggests that you get everything you need for a perfect life. Again, physics Quantum is in the foreground to show that the universal energy responds to our emotions and intentions. But if our intentions are not honorable, what do you think we'll get in return? Perhaps the current turmoil?
Why not put the quality of your life on top of your priority list? Why not realize that money can not buy love? Why do not awaken to the fact that without their own peace of mind, nothing else really matters? And where do you find peace of mind? Where do you find the calm mind? The answer is obvious – you find these qualities of the inner life.
Very few people are given space for travel within – are too busy trying to win the next hand, or simply trying to earn a living. The funny thing is that to make ends meet on their own will if you take a little space to get re-acquainted with reality, in its interior. If meditation can permeate an entire city, meditation can certainly affect you on your own. So no matter how you do it, take a few minutes each day to soothe, to inhale and exhale, to marvel at the wonder of the sky over your head, the song of birds. Let your peace of mind is their only priority. His priority for today – and every day – should be sure you are in a clear, calm state of mind, focused on the present moment. Everything else will follow as night follows day.

Is there anyone who creates music for meditation or knows where to download some to use on a CD ROM that I created?
I'd love some soul searching type of music in the background, I do not want to use only music without permission from anybody and I do not know anyone who makes the music (low cost). I would be willing to share royalties …
