The first thing to do is sit down and write a list. Start with making the bed, washing dishes, all things superficial. Then choose what is next. The books in order, papers in order, throw in the trash. Dust and vacuum. Now start the closet and drawers. Clean the refrigerator. View – once started, is very easy. Good luck.

Hello Tomorrow I have my review of Francophone and when I'm nervous I get this hoarse, choked thing throat, and then I get even more nervous because I do not want that to happen! Can you help me learn some kind of calm / meditation thingy could use before going into "the room" to do my exam? Merci:)
Here is one of the most simple and efficient in the world to calm down down and make you feel stronger.
