I have been using meditation for a little over a year and have received great benefits. I generally Use your breath as the focus of my meditation as I find this the easiest. However, my girlfriend would like to learn to meditate to help with anxiety, but focusing on your breathing and heart rate is what makes your anxiety. Does anyone know any other good methods to teach a beginner?

Well do not call me stupid, but I wanted to learn things Wiccan all my life, and I started practicing about a week, I have 14 and I was wondering maybe some people can email me or what facts may need some easy spells for beginners or maybe you can help me with my meditation, Thanks [: Well, you may think I'm naive but I believe in these things, and I care not, if you do not understand the reason by which he said was 1. I was not thinking straight when I was writing, and secondly, I'm not a wannabe Harry Potter, I know it's not all about spells, and I know it's a religion, I have been studying about it for a few years, and understand, if you have more information I do not know. then yes there are things late.
