I am a new Buddhist … meditations any easier?

Hey! Buddhist'm new here and want to know some simple meditations could do. I'm not totally new, I made some simple meditations others … I do not know what they're called Tho .. (: I've been a Buddhist for about three months. So I would like simple, but not too simple. Please tell me the instructions for your suggestion. Thanks a ton (:
