Why is God so silent?
I look for the 10 hours a day to learn his ways, your use throughout the day. everything is quiet, the Lord is, does your spirit 5rys I got out of bed, and breathed into me and said with a voice of the load too AM OIR seek my face, on 2rys ago when I was in the church, said a strong thought in your web browser or the Great I have a stong strength, now hes sillent why? I resent my youth is dying I gave him my home, my life, friends, my mind in a meditation, a continuous prayer. I'm dying. sillent why is it so?
He speaks to us through His Word, the Bible, through his Spirit, through open and closed, through others, through its creation and yes, sometimes it seems can not hear the still small voice, happens to us all, I was frustrated when the answers seem obscure, even in the Bible, one of the major requirements is "without faith it is impossible for me please> "What we give for His silence is sometimes a way to test our faith and our impatience shows how little he trusts. We surrender everything to Him, as you said you did, but his impatience did not surrender. I know that sounds simplistic, I struggle sometimes too-with impatience.I want answers and I want it yesterday! Beware of the enemy gives us all the doubts, frustrations, yes, even anger that God does not seem to listen or care about us, our situations, trials, …..- desires that wait on the Lord shall renew their strength, mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not grow weary, walk and not faint. "The waiting is the hard part. I want to write directions for me on the wall as he did in the palace of King Nebuchadnezzar not happen, boredom … but have faith in Him, He has a purpose in delaying or withholding until the right moment, the answers you seek. And remember, God does not have to explain. He is God. Perhaps, after the two events you mentioned, you always too much for the emotions, experiences, all the evidence is "viewed" things no-walk by faith. Also, if you harbor wrong spirits, unforgiveness, pride, etc., do not give up. Keep looking UP-dont 'give in demon who seeks to destroy their faith in God! Remember how God allowed Job to the test by Satan and employment, even in his anguish, he cried: "Yes, but kill me, I trust him "confidence in the faith, the main thing is that Jesus died to redeem us from sin's penalty and we will be with Him forever, meditate on that and I know he knows his longing and hears your prayers I know are sincere, but they almost seem to be trying to manipulate him for alll who "gave" Him, He says, "Be still and know that I am God" out of "doing" and just adore him so it is-dying to self. so hard to do, is not it .. I pray above all things that you have your peace in this time of trial and struggle.

How I can protect myself from other emotions?
I'm an empath, I can feel the feelings and sometimes thoughts of others. I've noticed I think often obsorb emotions that come to me from others. It could be the feeling of great excitement, despair or sadness, but do not cover the situation at all. I made a display for the protection, security and Buble black light as well as meditation, visualization and others, but these not seem to filter these feelings. I also seem to experience collective emotions that are very intense. I've been to counselors, who basically told me that the practice positive thinking, but that does not block these feelings of others. In many ways it is an advantage but the sensitivity actually seems to paralyze me, I also I can stand being around people if he gets angry or upset. I can learn relaxation techniques, but does not seem to help much. Also in the buildings that have psychic Remance which can sometimes adversely affected, the time and space seem to have little effect.
Sorry, but as empathetic, which can not be protected from other emotions. Feeling emotions is what its done. If it were not for people like you, this world would be more pain and problems than it already is. Forget all the New Age garbage and use his gift to help others. You do not have to be a councilor or similar, only it's for people. Empathetic have a great gift of being able to put into words what others feel and my experience has shown me that this is a blessing for them. If you feel the GAMIT of emotions that are out there, but they are not yours, remember that. I have trouble being in malls or places where large crowds gather, the variety of emotional states to gather is overwhelming for me. Sometimes when too many in my house, I have to leave the room or out a bit, because it becomes too much and that can only be my family. You can always do what I can do to release all and that is when your on your own, have a good cry or scream, go sit in solitude in a quiet naturous and feel that. Sorry, that's it I can offer, but you can change the way you did and you were my pet, made to be empathic.

Why is meditation a part of the Buddhist religion? What exactly does it do?
So meditate and create energy in your lower abdomen. You learn to hold your breath for long periods of time. You become a better martial artist. How does that play in religion?? I do not understand.
I work in a high stress job and the use of secular forms of meditation practice to help me relieve stress and anxiety. Meditation is simply learning to live in the moment when nothing distracts you and when you're not tied to the past or worrying about the future. In the peace meditation becomes aware of his true self. The more you use, the more aware you become. When you learn to live life for each moment, to enjoy and appreciate life to the fullest at the time, suddenly become impervious to the many doubts and fears he has lived his whole life. While many people seem to believe that their particular mantra has "magic power" really is the attention that matters. The mantra is one of the vehicles they can use to get there. I developed simple non-sectarian practice, but my experience is in Buddhism – Jodo Shinshu specifically (also known as Shin) Buddhism, Nichiren Buddhism, and teachings Aurora nonsectarian Institute (also known as Dharma Legacy Kubose). This meditation technique is simple, yet powerful, I use some recommended resources too. specific position is not important. If you do not feel comfortable sitting on the floor, you can sit in a chair with feet flat on the floor. Since they have problems doctors, do a simple form of secular mindfulness meditation to relieve stress and anxiety. This helps reduce blood pressure and frequency of pain head. It is a practice recommended by my primary licensed physician and is not encumbered by any superstitious nonsense. I have studied a wide variety of religions and paths. Be more inclined to music, initially attracted me to the practices of Jodo Shinshu (also known as Shin Buddhism) and Nichiren Buddhism – with the combination of singing phrase rhythm (Nembutsu or Odaimoku) and / or recitation of the sutra to a visual object (a roll of Amida or Gohonzon a). This is a more active form of meditation with respect to the silent form (see below for that). So I decided to create a nonsectarian alternative to that effect. A practice that I find useful in the vein of Way of Unity (the realization of interdependence) is singing "Be One, peace" in a position gassho (palms together in front of the chest with fingers pointing up – a traditional gesture of respect) to an object, like a wheel of Dharma, or drawing of the ENSO (a circle – you can paint a piece of paper in a while with a brush Chinese Style – Traditionally, the circle is not completely closed – just do a Google search for examples Enso) as used in Zen. Five minutes This morning, before each job does wonders for my blood pressure and stress level. You're more than welcome to use the song if you think you might find possibly useful. I use two forms: "be one. Let there be peace." For those who prefer a four-syllable mantra as "Namandabu." O "a being. Be Love. Let there be peace." For those who prefer the pace of a six syllable mantra as "Nam (u) Myo-Ho-Ren Ge Kyo" or " Na Mu-A-My-da Butsu. "People like (or drawn) to sing are drawn up. For me, the goal of any practice is to encourage self-reflection, internalization of this awareness, and I wonder / appreciation / awareness of the interdependent forces of the universe (dharma – in Shin that is symbolized as Amida Buddha, that allows professionals to perceive these forces as "compassionate" and "care" which allows us to relate to them easier, or as the Gohonzon in Nichiren Buddhism is a calligraphic representation of the "Ceremony in the Air" of the Lotus Sutra, which is also a representation of the forces interdependent universe.) There are a couple of simple techniques for silent meditation as well. You do not have to sit on the floor. You can sit with back erect in a chair. Many people say to try for 15 minutes twice a day. I say start with a simple goal – 5 minutes twice a day. The benefits include management stress and relaxation that help the body, increased attention and focus, and increased energy. Attention can be a benefit to your spiritual life, meditation, but also has "not spiritual" benefits. Here are two simple breathing techniques meditation – 1) Check the position. 2) Close eyes and relax. 3) Concentrate on breathing in and out of your body. 4) Count breaths mentally one to four. Repeat. 5) Do not fight a wandering mind, but calmly direct it back to the task. 6) Sit down a minute later. "Mantra" technique (choose a personal "calm" word or phrase that is repeated in meditation – can be of their religion or something as simple as "one" or "quiet" – I use the non-sectarian one. Let there be peace "or" be one. Be Love. Sea of ??Peace ") – 1.) And 2) above in the breathing meditation. 3) Listen to your breathing and let you relax with each breath. 4) Once relaxed, mentally "hear" his "calm" word or phrase in your mind. Repeat in your mind. 5) Do not fight a wandering mind, but Direct calmly back to the task. 6) Sit down a minute later. That's all there is to these simple but very beneficial meditation techniques. Many people think something "mystical" should happen during meditation. More often "nothing" happens "nothing" should be expected. Oh, yes, and did not cost me anything to learn or were "initiations" in question. Some good resources on "secular" Meditation Technique of calm "by Paul Wilson, and" The Relaxation Response "by Herbert Benson. For more formal" support "or" training "Then I would look at natural stress relief, which was founded by former Transcendental Meditation instructors upset about the rising cost and superstition current associated with TM. They charge $ 47 for training compared to the $ 2,500 that TM will be charged. Also look http://www.naturalstressreliefusa.org/ to these websites on Buddhism in the bright dawn sectarian teachings that have a heritage of Shin and Zen Buddhism: http://www.heartlandsangha.org http://www.brightdawn.org/ I hope these are useful!
